Review on 🔋 Combo Unit 3 Pack: Battery Operated Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector with LCD Display by Ricky Pee

One can only hope that you never have to find out if these alarms actually work or not. So I can only look at the design and installation process. At first glance, the devices look pretty cool. They are equipped with a small LCD screen so you can read the results by pressing the "Test" button. But when the honeymoon is over, if you're like me, you'll find that the black frame of the LCD screen contrasts with whatever wall/ceiling color you have. My personal taste is not to see the device when entering a room. This is where the versatile, all-white body is probably at its best. Again, this is a preference and says nothing about the performance of the detector. The test button is on the outer edge, not directly on the front of the device. Anyone other than me who has it installed will be completely confused trying to figure out how to stop a false alarm or temporary smoking situation. Overall I think this is a great price for a combined CO and smoke unit. But the optics and the hidden test button bring it to 3 stars.
