I like how easy it is for us as developers using the tool to create new functionality without having to wait too long. It can take up to 24hrs sometimes before we get an answer from support when our ticket has been submitted! That would be great if there was more of a live chat function or phone option available so you could speak with someone directly instead of waiting patiently in queue to talk via email only. We are solving issues around user experience within our website across mobile devices such as iphone/ipad & web browsers but also desktop computers. Our current solution requires multiple data scientists working together at one time therefore this solves the problem by providing them all access through their own personal dashboard where they can focus solely on building solutions. This gives each person independence rather than have everyone dependent upon another individual who may not always work well alongside others.
