Great platform when conducting QM process

We used acceleratorkms to store our procedures and documents, with an emphasis in quality management systems certification processes. They offer many different modules but we only needed one because it was what my employer chose us to use! There were no major issues that I experienced while using this product or its support team. I believe they are providing excellent services since their customer service representatives help me during all times of day. My overall experience has been great so…

Great for organizing your information

I like that this software allows me to be able to use my own templates as well as some of their templates. This makes it easier to create training programs faster! There's not much I dislike about using the program, but I would say sometimes when you're trying to click something, it takes time to load. Sometimes there are times where the screen refreshes which can make it hard to see what you're clicking. It helps us organize our documents and files so we don't have to keep copying them over…

AcceleratorKMS is a great platform that allows us to manage and store all of our knowledge assets. It is easy to use and allows for easy access to our knowledge assets. Its a good idea to connect your knowledge base to your organization, you could do this yourself with excel and google docs, but its too complicated, plus you cant share your data easily with others.
