One of the best customer services I have ever received! We ordered a domino train from this company for our son for Christmas. A year later we had problems with a train that wasn't working properly. I noticed in the booklet that came with the train that this toy comes with a lifetime guarantee! So I emailed the company and got a response - direct from the owner - in less than a day! They replaced the train within days without question! Fantastic customer service! But it gets even better. Shortly after receiving a replacement I found that the train wasn't running because we had bought the wrong domino! So I emailed the company again and offered to send the replacement back as the 'defect' was our fault and was easily fixed. But we were told to leave a replacement! WOW! Absolutely no complaints about this company, I'm really very impressed. Thank you Atlasonics!
