Review on 👗 Shaded Flutter Sleeve Women's Clothing by Kara by Kesha Walker

I'm 5'5", medium height and usually wear a size 10 for petite. Size 10 is a bit big around the chest and waist so I ordered a size 8 petite for comparison. better, but the bottom layer fabric is not the same quality and did not hang properly. Size 10 had a silky underlayer and size 8 had a jersey layer in the same dress style. Both were made in India. The style, quality and navy blue color of the size 10 petite I ordered was perfect for me as a summer dress for the mother of the groom. I gave it 4 stars for great style and quality but rated it lower due to inconsistencies.
