Looks good but overall quality is not very good

Shelves look exactly as pictured. They are beautiful and very easy to assemble. However, pressed wood will crack and damage the paint if you apply too much pressure while tightening. So keep that in mind. However, there is one TERRIBLE aspect to this shelf: the color. The smell of paint (judging by the smell, I don't even know if it's safe for kids) is terrible. It's strong and will last DAYS, even with proper ventilation. Really disgusting.
