I like how easy it is for employees to submit feedback, track what they are looking forward to about their job/task and give suggestions. It's also easy to view your overall rating. The layout could be improved - sometimes it feels hard to find an item you need quickly if there isn't enough space available. A great tool for helping our team improve. We have been able to see where we need to focus next and create some goals for ourselves! I love how easy it is to use for both employees and managers! It's very intuitive and simple to navigate. The ability to have multiple people involved in one conversation makes this so much easier to manage with less time spent doing administrative tasks. It would be nice if there were some sort of calendar feature to help keep track of meetings/dates, but other then that everything seems great! We've been able to improve our team communication and get better results from each meeting we hold.
