I like how easy it is for employees to submit feedback, track what they are looking forward to about their job/task and give suggestions. It's also easy to view your overall rating. The layout could be improved - sometimes it feels hard to find an item you need quickly if there isn't enough space available. A great tool for helping our team improve. Great platform overall, mainly used as Applicant Tracking tool

As an HR lead at this organization I had access into all aspects of our software system for recruiting purposes including applicant tracking (and managing it), candidate communications & onboarding etc., so there were no issues with how they worked or what we did from my perspective! The only thing i disliked about them when working here - which may not be related entirely but worth mentioning anyways --was because most people who work remotely are located out side US time zones during certain…

  • They have great support staff, very responsive to emails as well in terms of help resolving problems quickly along wth quick turnaround too..also easy setup process once everything is up n running...not sure why else lol...but thats pretty good
