As an HR lead at this organization I had access into all aspects of our software system for recruiting purposes including applicant tracking (and managing it), candidate communications & onboarding etc., so there were no issues with how they worked or what we did from my perspective! The only thing i disliked about them when working here - which may not be related entirely but worth mentioning anyways --was because most people who work remotely are located out side US time zones during certain times like early morning hours / late night hrs/ weekends if applicable).
Not much other downsides really just some minor things regarding communication via email vs phone calls sometimes being hard depending where you're geographically placed outside usa timings ect..
