This is my seventh Zelite Infinity product and once again this knife did not disappoint. It's solidly built and feels solid and premium in the hand. The 6 inch blade of this utility knife is perfect for everyday tasks in your kitchen where a paring knife is too small and a chef's knife is too much. I mainly use it for slicing fruit, sandwiches and general quick vegetable work. The blade is made from some of the finest cutlery material on the market and has an amazing Rockwell hardness of 61, meaning it can be razor sharp and stored. edge for a very long time. I just love the handles on these Zelite knives - a classic design with a unique seal of excellence in the form of a small multi-metal mosaic rivet - it looks really no-nonsense. The grip size and rounded shape can't be faulted in my opinion - it's so comfortable. I am very happy to have all Zelite Infinity products and for my part I will be at the forefront when there are new product releases. These products come in a very nice gift box.
