The dog opens the lock. I had to mount the hook upside down.
Works fine until one of our dogs pushes open the door to get the hook out. I had to place the hook at the bottom of the hole instead of the top (as shown in the picture) to prevent this from happening again. So far this has done the trick. I would also recommend doing a mock test to make sure the hook doesn't pop out.
