I've never streamed video so I'm fairly new to it and have absolutely no frame of reference, but I found this capture card easy to set up and use. It's pretty self-explanatory, or at least easy enough for a non-tech nerd like me to follow. And while the device itself doesn't look particularly fancy, it's not so ugly that I don't want it on my desk all the time (this might seem like a minor point, but if I had an ugly box, I'd be tempted to hide it and pull it out only when necessary and I'm too lazy for it). Based on some of the prices I've seen, I'm sure there are better graphics cards out there, but this runs so smoothly that I'm not tempted to trade it for a more expensive unit.
