Review on Edifier H840 Audiophile Over-The-Ear Headphones - Hi-Fi Closed Monitor Music Listening - Blue by Tina Jones

Sound quality was good. After only using it a couple of times when I tried to unplug it from my computer the audio jack literally just snapped. It's like I pulled the cable and the plug just stayed in my computer. I had to use pliers to pull what was left of the metal connector out of my computer! Super cheap and defective product. I wrote a letter asking for an exchange or refund. The guy replied and said that I can get an exchange, I replied that it's great, how do I do that? And he never answered. After that I emailed twice more. I can't contact anyone to make this happen. Maybe it was just a defective product and I would be happy about an exchange. If they ever get back to me with a replacement I will rate and update this review. Until then, I'd recommend spending a little more money on quality headphones, because that's definitely not the case.
