Cannot be used, no need to squeeze product from tube

It's a pen like a pencil, it looks like you have to use the cap to push out the paint , but the cap is not long enough even if it pushes out a little. Very dissatisfied, I cannot use them at all. would not buy again. The manufacturer keeps giving me different people, they will not replace them or even tell me how to squeeze the color out of the pen.

Hard paint marker is easy to push forward for color as needed
