It's easy to navigate through all aspects of my files including comments from editors/reviewers etc which makes it easier than other solutions I have used in previous jobs (and this includes Adobe Acrobat Pro X).It also has some nice customisation options if you're looking into using third party providers like Zapier or MailChimp - but not too many extra features as far adobe goes with others being more mature products out there already so don't go overboard! If your organisation needs an integrated tool then perhaps consider comparing against Microsoft Sharepoint before buying another expensive piece-of software? Being able manage file versions easily across multiple platforms when uploading them back up can be difficult without something such as xinet however we are now doing just fine thanks :) File management / version control; managing customer quotes & data securely online along side marketing materials.
