Easy, affordable and customer friendly

There are many features that have been added over time so they can compete with other service providers in this market space! We use V4 for our Call Center product - we were looking at competition from some of larger vendors (Priceline etc). Ease of setting up/use; no hassle at all! It's very easy for customers (or potential clients) who are not tech savvy or just do not want to deal with it themselves - I am able to set them straight in seconds. And most importantly they love using zapbox!! We use ZapBox for every client call we take from our business office phone line so that agents don't have to pick up their cell phones when dealing with calls coming into the office about an issue being reported by one of ours.

  • Easy interface, good UI
  • Mobile app works great as well.
  • Lots more new feature sets available now vs prior versions which is nice :)
Cons
  • Zero
