I really like that it can be used in many different organizations and locations. Also that it is easy to set up new users and companies. It is nice that I can use it without having to have a lot of experience. Sometimes it takes a while for me to get responses when I send out messages. The response time needs to be faster. I like how easy it was to use for my clients! It made scheduling appointments very simple which helped me grow as business owner in less time than before using other systems (like Outlook). The reports are helpful when trying figure out what's going well/what needs improvement - but would be great if that could also show by user instead of just "Appointment" etc., so overall data overviews become easier too see trends over weeks at once rather then having them all open individually each week…

i loved how easy it was to set up appointments for my clients! It made scheduling so simple in one place that I could track all of them easily too!! We were using 3 different applications/websites now because none fit us perfectly (like Google Calendar). This helps keep everything together though which makes life easier as well as being able to use multiple apps at once if needed without having separate accounts everywhere. I love that it works directly off of my office scheduler so all appointments are accessible via this easy to understand app! I don't like having to do two things at once (look up what time something conflicts in one place/doable later).
