Great customer care and great products with excellent technical assistance

I like how easy it was set up in our organization! It's intuitive enough so you can pick things right off without much instruction from us techies at first (other than getting everything setup). There were minor glitches when we initially got started but they fixed those pretty quickly too though not very well documented online or anywhere else about what went wrong during initial startup of software - might be worth noting if someone wants more info later down the road? Customer service…

Very useful software for keeping organized

The ease in which we can manage our communications as well how it allows us keep up track of all communication from past or current clients/customers! All emails get logged into its own space allowing me access anywhere I am online so there's no need anymore searching old files when needed them again - very convenient tool!! Would love more customization options but what you have already has worked perfectly fine tooo :). As long time users ourselves this was not something added quickly however

Great Product - Easy To Use Interface

The software is easy enought to use, but it's not too easy if you're new at this type of thing! If a new user doesn't know what they're doing it can be confusing. If you have someone else who can help guide them through it helps! We are able to send surveys to our customers, respond directly to their questions from within the system. This cuts out having to do paperwork in Excel & makes my life easier! I like how easy it is to use. It's user friendly and has all of the bells and whistles you…
