My organization loves using Tracx - Great Product!!

The best part of this product is its ability to understand the customers' needs in real time. I like that there are many features available for me as an admin to make sure my clients receive what they need when they need it. Also, it's easy enough for new users to navigate through the site. Sometimes, some of our clients get confused with the layout or navigation so we have had to send them back to their account manager to help sort out any issues. A lot of times, the client will ask us why…

ComplainPro is User Friendly With Great Features

I liked how easy it was for me as an admin of our firm to use this system. It's very user friendly with all the features included in one place! The only thing i didn't like about complaints pro was their pricing structure which seemed too high compared to other similar services out there but they have since lowered prices so now its more affordable! We love using complainpro because we are able to track issues quickly and easily allowing us time to resolve them before any problems escalate into

Pros
  • Super simple interface
  • Great customer support staff
  • Can keep notes along side everything else, including photos/videos etc.
  • Very quick turn around if anything needs resolving or fixed promptly (most times within 24 hours)
Cons
  • Not always intuitive layout when trying things at first price is still pretty steep

Easy to Use, Very Satisfying Customer Service

I like how easy everything was set up for us; we were able give our clients an option of emailing or texting their complaints rather than calling them which made things easier not only in terms but also time management (more efficient). We are still trying out some functions such as being unable too see when someone has responded via text/email instead just emails stating they've received my message etc.; however this could be due more so towards ourselves with lack luster service from previous
