I like how easy everything was set up for us; we were able give our clients an option of emailing or texting their complaints rather than calling them which made things easier not only in terms but also time management (more efficient). We are still trying out some functions such as being unable too see when someone has responded via text/email instead just emails stating they've received my message etc.; however this could be due more so towards ourselves with lack luster service from previous providers who weren't always available after hours if needed thus leading me into making many calls back at times during business days! Try using free trial first before committing because there's no risk!! Email & Text messages have been great tools allowing customers ease while keeping myself organized through tracking all information sent /received I like how easy this program was for me as an employee of my organization! It's simple enough so anyone can use without having any prior experience with complaints management systems or even emailing/text messaging customers at all!! There are some features i would love if they could add in but nothing major just minor things such us adding more templates etc.. The main thing about using these types programs has been its simplicity & ease-of-use.
