Review on Complaints Pro by Ken Kowal

I liked how easy it was for me as an admin of our firm to use this system. It's very user friendly with all the features included in one place! The only thing i didn't like about complaints pro was their pricing structure which seemed too high compared to other similar services out there but they have since lowered prices so now its more affordable! We love using complainpro because we are able to track issues quickly and easily allowing us time to resolve them before any problems escalate into something bigger than what can be handled by just 1 person.
