I like that this software allows you to track all of your customer's issues in one place. It can also be used for internal complaints. The software is easy to use, but sometimes it takes a while to get the hang of how to use all of the features. If you are looking for a complaint tracking software then this software is great! Cirrus is user friendly and very flexible

The ease of use, it's ability to be customized for our specific needs in terms of reporting structure as well as its flexibility when using multiple platforms (mobile devices). It does not have any additional features that we need at this time but I believe they are working towards adding more tools/features which will make their product even better! Easy-to Use Customer Service Software

The ease of use, it's intuitive interface as well its ability to handle multiple types or issues/complains at once. It has great reporting features that allow for easy analysis by management team members with no experience in this area! I wish there was an option where you could schedule when emails are sent out so we don't have to worry about forgetting them every time they're due!!
