Useful Application To Enhance Customer Service

The best part about this tool is its ease of operation as well as the amount of flexibility it offers for both sending messages or listening in real time to conversations between customers who are interacting with your business online. I do not dislike anything at all regarding my experience using this software so far! It has been very easy to learn how to use. We have had no problems yet since we started utilizing messaging services from their platform through our website's chat function which

Very good contact point that makes everything very user friendly

I love how easy it is for me as an agent or customer service rep (CSR) with my own phone number/extension within MME! It's so much easier than having customers call in - they can just hit "1" from their mobile device which transfers them right into our CSRs' lines of communication instead; plus we never lose track if someone hangs up during one conversation before transferring over because sometimes people do hangup unexpectedly when calling through 1 vs 2 way transfer services like this!! Simple email tool but has room improvements

It's easy to use with many features like auto responders, autoresponders, etc. I can also send out emails through it as well. Some of my clients are located outside US so sometimes is hard for them to receive messages. They have not yet added an option for international customers. But i believe they will in future updates. It's easy for me as an admin of my organization (a non profit)to be able tune in or out any callers I want with just one click! The system is very user friendly so it doesn't take long at all before you feel comfortable using this platform - which makes managing calls more efficient than if we had our own phone lines set up by people who were not familiar w/the software & technology involved!! Also love when they have special offers where your group can get free credits from other organizations
