It's easy for me as an admin of my organization (a non profit)to be able tune in or out any callers I want with just one click! The system is very user friendly so it doesn't take long at all before you feel comfortable using this platform - which makes managing calls more efficient than if we had our own phone lines set up by people who were not familiar w/the software & technology involved!! Also love when they have special offers where your group can get free credits from other organizations like ours through their website too. Great product overall but would prefer having some additional features added such us being allowed 2nd line access without needing another account created specifically only used during certain times per day etc.. However those are minor issues compared what great benefits there already has been realized since implementing MME into use here within 1 month after implementation. !
