I love how easy it is for me as an agent or customer service rep (CSR) with my own phone number/extension within MME! It's so much easier than having customers call in - they can just hit "1" from their mobile device which transfers them right into our CSRs' lines of communication instead; plus we never lose track if someone hangs up during one conversation before transferring over because sometimes people do hangup unexpectedly when calling through 1 vs 2 way transfer services like this!! The only downside about using SMS messaging has been some lag time between messages being sent out &"recieved by agents who are receiving calls at any given moment." This could be improved upon but not enough where i would say its something worth complaining too loudly though ;) As far as benefits go? Just know what you're getting yourself involved w/...
