The ability to search by multiple criteria (including date range) is very useful for our business needs! I love that we can easily create workflows through this platform - which saves us time and effort compared with other platforms out there!! We have used both their Professional services as well as Workforce Pro products over the years and always been pleased with what they provide. Their support team has also helped me resolve issues quickly when needed. There are not many things about it anymore since most of its functions seem outdated or just plain useless now. Maybe if you use them solely for payroll purposes then maybe it's fine but otherwise stick with something more up to date like Paychex or ADP instead. As an HR manager at my current job, Good Hire helps us keep track of employees' backgrounds so that no one ever gets hired without having gone though proper screening procedures first.
