Our local vacuum shop doesn't work with sharks. First of all, I'm not a mechanic, but I watched the video. None were for my particular model. Slowly disassembled each part, keeping the screws separate. It got to the point that I disconnected the wiring to turn the tube on - I don't do that! I looked at it for about 30 minutes, shaking at the parts and realizing that the part on the motor head could pop out with a little motivation. After removing this part, I lubricated each end with oil to screw the tube into each end. Once secured. All parts replaced and vacuumed like new.
