Bought this set for our 5th bike. I first bought a 10" pan to see if it was good because I saw a friend's pan and it looked too light to be good. I used my frying pan and was so impressed. I lost one the first time I boiled eggs. He fell to the ground! Rschunimagu. Then I felt comfortable buying a set. We went camping for 3 weeks and I used every pot. I made pudding. Didn't burn out. This is a very good pan test. I steam vegetables. I made toast in a pan. Cooked perfectly evenly. Fried catfish. Prepared on lightly scrambled eggs. I made popcorn! Everything turned out perfect! 7 years ago I bought a set of Henckel ceramic pans to take home. I started to worry that my Teflon analog dial was defective. I was very happy and impressed with my Henkel kit. BUT it costs twice as much as this set of green frying pans. It's also a very heavy set. I don't know how they came up with making these pans so light yet so good, but they did it. The most important thing to remember is NOT TO INCREASE THE HEAT ABOVE AVERAGE. Most things I never cook above average. Just be patient and let the pan heat up to the right temperature and your meal will turn out great. Even boiling water for steaming. Not above average. Even popcorn. Temperature not above average. Perfection! Once my Henckel pans wear out, I replace them with a set of green pans!
