I bought these to replace my aunt's old frying pans; Pros: Amazing non-stick properties, they are the easiest to clean as nothing really sticks to them. I cook steaks on it and when I use other pans I get this nasty greasy layer that sticks to the pan but not this one, it cleans up quickly and doesn't need to be soaked, yay! These pans have my family wondering if we've ever used a non-stick coating, wow wow! Only about 6 weeks, so there is no need to talk about durability. We bought the recommended oils (avocado and olive, no EVOO) and you hardly need a drop for flavor - use the 'normal' amount and it just builds up in the pan. Even without oil/oil DO NOT STICK. Bought this set for our 5th bike. I first bought a 10" pan to see if it was good because I saw a friend's pan and it looked too light to be good. I used my frying pan and was so impressed.
