I was looking for something simple so my friend/mentee with dementia could hear her classical music and some Sinatra in her nursing home room. It was very easy to download. It came preloaded with big band music, which she seems to enjoy too. I emailed the company with questions and received a prompt response. Solid, large and very well made. Good sound quality. Update: Since she lives in a nursing home and a lot of her stuff is missing, I wanted this music player to stay in place. I spoke to the manufacturer and found that the player is actually made of wood. I was able to put a small padlock on the back and then secure it with a small cable at the end of the table. I drilled a hole in the back of the side table and attached the cable clamp inside, hidden behind a drawer. It needs pliers and some strength to grip (or cable cutters 😔) if you want. It also prevents my ward from moving or dropping it.
