The saddle cover is just what I need to protect my saddle in the summer when we store it in the stable. We have expensive quilted covers but they don't "breathe" and we've had mold problems. This cover is hard-wearing and yet the saddle can dry out underneath. It protects against dust, cats and other critters that might decide to use the saddle as a perch. It's easy to put on and I like that the stirrups fit in a pocket and stay in place even if you move them from one place to another. I'm getting another one for my husband's saddle.
