Doesn't dissolve in toilet cleaners

That's weird. If I just fall into the aquarium, they form a kind of bubble from their outer layer and the water doesn't turn blue. I poke them with a toilet brush and that outer bubble pops and they work just fine. When I take it out of the foil wrapper, I don't see anything around the blue pill that would create that outer bubble. Very strange. I'll see how many days the blister layer lasts if I don't burst it. The first time it took me 2 days to start poking her with a toilet brush.
