Review on 🌬️ LG LW1216HR 11,500/12,000 BTU Window-Mounted Air Conditioner with 9,200/11,200 BTU Heat Function, 230V, 12000, White by Simo Whisperer

Purchased LG window air conditioner, model #LW1216hr, 05/07/21. I installed the air conditioning at the end of May. On 09/06/21 the air conditioning had to be switched off because of escaping smoke. Submit a repair request to LG through the repair requirements. No air conditioning. The LG repair service near me didn't accept my repair ticket, so LG informed me. I have since made 3 more repair requests through the LG website and all I get is they expedite my repair request! I called LG support. and was told he would escalate my complaint to expedite my repair. How many times have I heard that during my 11 day LG Electronics Wonderful World of NON EXISTING repair service tour! I have purchased many LG air conditioners over the years and have been delighted with their products. But when a repair service is needed, it doesn't exist!
