Review on HONGTEYA by James Davis

The HONGTEYA business asserts that quality and affordability are its top priorities, but my interactions with them were anything but positive. The product I got fell short of my expectations and was of poor quality. The customer care representatives were unresponsive and dismissive when I voiced my concerns to them. It is evident that HONGTEYA only cares about their bottom line and does not respect their customers. Their blatant effort to dupe prospective customers involves making false promises of a positive shopping experience. If someone is searching for high-quality products and friendly customer service, I would not suggest this company.
