I have a Garmin 645 and a 5" wrist. I've looked everywhere for a smaller strap and almost given up hope. I emailed C2D Joy directly through Revain and asked if they could adjust the woven nylon replacement loop to a smaller size (4.7-6.2 inches). Not only was the answer yes, they sent me step-by-step instructions on how to attach the strap. order videos. They were fast and SUPER good!
