I have a Garmin 645 and a 5" wrist. I've looked everywhere for a smaller strap and almost given up hope. I emailed C2D Joy directly through Revain and asked if they could adjust the woven nylon replacement loop to a smaller size (4.7-6.2 inches). Not only was the answer yes, they sent me step-by-step instructions on how to attach the strap. order videos. They were fast and SUPER good! Edit to add: The seller promised a replacement band over a month ago and was unable to ship it. I do not recommend! After less than two weeks of use, 2 of the 5 small Velcro straps holding the strap in place came loose. I can imagine that they will all fall off in the next few weeks. The band itself is comfortable and I like it better than the silicone band (I got a weird rash from it), but it's just not very good quality. Will request a refund or replacement from seller and looking for a nylon

From the photo the plastic parts that attach the bracelet to the watch and the end of the watch appear to be dark silver or gray and the bezel on the bracelet appears to be silver or to be grey, which will probably look good with the Vivoactive 3, which is why I ordered it. After wearing a new strap, when you get a new strap like this, it will be dirty and not very pretty. I don't recommend wearing it as often as I do. Do as this color shows dirt easily, go for a darker color if you intend to wear it regularly like I did. They fit perfectly with my recently purchased Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music watch, very comfortable, perfectly stretchy and while the silicone strap isn't too bad, I prefer the elastic velcro straps that become part of this watch.
