Upsilons offers great customer support, they are very knowledgeable in their field. As a small business myself I can't offer any complaints or anything, but Upsilon has been fantastic so far, I'm really happy with the service we've received! Pricing is competitive, they offer good add-on options for more advanced features. We use several of their services. Their account management is excellent, our team members are all very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I dislike about Upsilon is that it takes longer than we'd like for us to receive feedback from them. For example, if there's an issue with one of their integrations, we'll usually have to wait over a month before we hear back from them. Upsilon has helped me get my business out of a rut and brought in a lot of new customers. They also provide valuable analytics which helps me understand who our target market is and how best.
