I can't decide if they are more cute than comfortable or the other way around. They're loose on my thighs in a cute way and just the right length. I'll wear them more out of the pool than in because they do soak up the water and do not dry very fast. I don't care I love them! I wear a bikini bottom when I am in the water and throw these on over when I get out. They're stretchy so a small might have worked but I like things loose. They must look great on someone with a butt!
