Review on Saucony Velocity Track Shoes in Green and Orange for Men by Omar Gonzales

Good sports shoes. My son, who competes in track and field in high school, was told they were hurdle spikes when he wore them. I think they could be used on any track if they wanted to. The only noticeable difference between them and a pair of Sprint spikes (as far as I can tell) is that they have more heel cushioning. Perhaps someone familiar with running shoes can point out the differences between these and sprint spikes.
