I promised Nick I would write a review and I finally got around to it. I'm sorry it took so long, Nick. But as promised, I have to grumble and marvel at your wonderful customer service. Background: I LOVE these earbuds, they are the first to actually match the specs on the box. SOUND test, comfort test, DO NOT fall out during the test test. I'm an athlete who loves listening to music no matter what you're doing, so finding something with a GOOD range that wouldn't fall out was a blessing. Which prompted me to write a review. 1) The price was great 2) The product works well 3) Customer service was fantastic after my headphones got wet when I was caught running in the rain. I was pretty far away and had nowhere to hide from the rain. 4) After complaining to Nick that my favorite buds are no longer with me because I got caught in the rain. He was able to work with me and send me a replacement which I'm still rocking. THANK YOU Nick
