Review on πŸ” Logitech ConferenceCam Connect: Enhance Video Collaboration with Full HD 1080p, USB and Bluetooth Speakerphone by Ahmed Rowe

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Our Go To Conference Cam for many years

With 10 field offices and hundreds of field workers we were on looking for a device that is easy to use, intuitive, stable, maintainable and has high or near high performance. The Logitech Conference Cam Connect fits the bill. We use dozens of them with relatively little support or technical issues. We have been buying this webcam since 2016 and plan to continue using it in 2020 as it meets the needs of our remote workers, small conferences (up to 4 or 5 people) and standardization. We currently use the conference cam with WebEx, Jabber, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Citrix and Zoom without any problems. The buttons on the top of the conference cam are sensitive, so you can switch to broadcast mode instead of webcam mode without actually having to do it. The solution is quick, just tap the right button, but it can be annoying. Second, some video services that only run through a web browser may not work properly on this device. The problem is in the services, not the camera.

Pros
  • Wireless Screen Mirroring: Connect mobile devices to a conference to view presentations and other content on a TV screen from a tablet or smartphone
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
