Review on LUCY Security Awareness Training by Abbas Kumar

Lucy is great for training new employees, as it has videos that can be paused for your team to learn at their own pace. It's also great for keeping current with your security awareness training; you can watch it over and over again if you need to refresh yourself. I dislike that it takes a while to load when you first open it up so I have to wait before I start watching. Also, on some computers/browsers, there are issues where the video freezes and cuts out. I would highly recommend using Lucy for any employee or customer training and awareness! The best thing about lucy is that it's easy to use and makes it simple for everyone in my organization to learn.
