Lucy is great for training new employees, as it has videos that can be paused for your team to learn at their own pace. It's also great for keeping current with your security awareness training; you can watch it over and over again if you need to refresh yourself. I dislike that it takes a while to load when you first open it up so I have to wait before I start watching. Also, on some computers/browsers, there are issues where the video freezes and cuts out.
