Review on 🧁 Optimized Silicone Big Top Cupcake Bakeware by Angela Campos

This Big Top cake pan is great! It arrived in similar but different packaging than shown in the picture. There was an instruction manual in the kit, but not a recipe book, which I didn't care. I've made 2 cupcakes with it so far and they turned out great! I used 1 Pilsbury blend. (You can use 1 and 3/4 loaf cake mix to make a larger cake if you wish) **Be sure to spray pans with cooking spray to keep cake from sticking** I increased the bake time to about 45 minutes at 325 degrees, and the top finished first. I cut it out to trim the sharp edges, but when covered in frosting it's not noticeable and the cake tastes so much better! , because with the help of a silicone mold it can be easily rolled off the chilled chocolate. I've never broken down. It looks so pretty and clean when you use a chocolate insert as you can see in my picture here of a blue cupcake! For those who mentioned the taste of rubber. I have never experienced this. I baked the mold at 350 for about 20 minutes after the first wash, as another reviewer suggested, so this might have prevented it. FIY When you first bake a mold you will smell a horrible rubber smell. Overall this product is great! I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a giant cupcake pan. Why spend $20 or $30 more on a Wilton pan when it works just as well (and better if you're planning on making a chocolate pad)?
