🧁 Optimized Silicone Big Top Cupcake Bakeware Review

Turned out good, but not as tasty as planned just because I had to add 2 more boxes of baking mix. I will be using again and with two boxes I think it will be great. I place the top and bottom on a baking sheet to keep them stable. I have used a silicone baking mold in the past and due to its brittleness this is the best way to do it.

I had no problems with the cake pan. I used a nonstick spray which I don't like. I was in a hurry to bake a cake and didn't have time to fix anything. Next time I'll experiment and see if a spray is really necessary. I put the bottom part in for 15 minutes and then I put the top part in. Before using I cleaned and baked a cake pan at 350 for 20 minutes. The chemical smell is gone. Easy to wash and made a very cute cake.

Use 2 boxes of cake mix or double the traditional cake recipe to get the prettiest size mega cupcake :-D. Remember to spray the silicone mold before adding the batter and be sure to let the top and bottom of the cake cool before attempting to pop it out of the molds. I'm a pretty bad baker, so I'm not sure if this product is being finicky (although it comes out perfect if you follow the directions) or baking is a science I'll just never master. probably the last.

This Big Top cake pan is great! It arrived in similar but different packaging than shown in the picture. There was an instruction manual in the kit, but not a recipe book, which I didn't care. I've made 2 cupcakes with it so far and they turned out great! I used 1 Pilsbury blend.
