Review on Victorinox Swiss Classic Boning Flexible by Mark Lowery

Summer! Here in South Florida we won't even leave April until the 90's hit, so yes, it's summer and that means BBQ! (Honestly, I barbecue all year round, so it's not just summer, but it was good preparation.) Back at the track, I spend a lot of my summer days throwing barbecues (like last weekend). Of course, no barbecue is complete without a few ribs. Cutting them beautifully requires a combination of sharpness and flexibility. This Victorinox boning blade is the perfect tool for the job. From a meaty (pardon the pun) and quick handle to a razor-sharp blade and the slight bend required to bend when slicing ribs, this knife does everything I could ask for. I admit. , I have several Victorinox blades in my collection. Why not? These are wonderful kitchen utensils that will meet all the needs of any cook/chef. I look forward to many years of service with this fine blade.
