3 stars for quality. The depth of the stamps on some of the larger stamps is not uniform, making it difficult to make full contact with the ink pad. I have found that I have better luck with these stamps if I skip the ink block and stamp and instead press my fingers into the stubborn spots. Always experiment with the note first rather than jumping straight into your project. However, some of the brands I've tried are exquisite and work great. I used permanent ink and found it easier to clean stamps with hand sanitizer than regular alcohol. Then I rinse with water and wipe dry. As for the paper glue that was on the stamp blocks, I was able to remove it after soaking it in warm soapy soapy water for a few minutes. I still find this set to be quite a bargain due to the variety of designs and blocks included.
