Our kids (ages 6 and 8) absolutely love these! Biggest hit of Christmas. They were easy to get the hang of and the battery life (24 volt) is incredible!We did have an issue with one of the scooters, however the customer service was wonderful. Revain does not accept returns for this item so we reached out to seller. They were responsive and resolved our issue.

I bought 2, one worked perfect but the other stopped working after about 10 minutes. We figured out the chain wouldn't stay on. I called the # in the manual, let them know the issue, and they sent a replacement for free. If you have issues, dont go through Revain, contact the # i. the manual. Customer service was super nice and helpful, and fast! So I still give this 5 stars!

This is so cool! Purchased as Christmas gift for my six year old and he loves it so much! His 9 year old sister enjoys taking turns on it also. Anyone out walking in the neighborhood when the kids are riding it comments that it looks so fun… and it is! Most people do not realize this type of ride on exists, and I am so glad to have found it on Revain!

Grandkids love this. It is super cool and fun for them. Only issue is wings wouldn't fold in after 2 days of use. They were hard to get in and out to begin with.just glad they got stuck out not in. Been busy but will be calling on it this week.

My son has OI (brittle bone disease) and cannot ride bikes for fear of falling and breaking something. He has lots of amazing friends, but feels sad that he can’t ride bikes with them. This ride toy has completely changed his life! He loves it! It is stable, fast like a bike, never tips, and turns easily! He can keep up with his friends for two hours without needing a charge. I bought this for my daughters birthday in early April shes been using it about a month now and LOVES it. My daughter just turned 7 this was her birthsay gift. She is 63lbs and quite tall I was worried that she might be too big for it but its perfect. I do have to charge it a lot because she always wants to use it. All the neighborhood kids want turns too.

We took very good care of our Nighthawk. We loved it. My 9 yo son zoomed around our neighborhood and felt really independent riding around on it. Ten days later it began stopping in the middle of operation. While cruising around at a normal speed, it would just stop. He would have to turn it on and off a few times, wait several minutes and then it would start back up. The battery was sufficiently charged, so this was not the issue. My kids ages 6 and 8 loved it, I also bought a set of small sports cones and made them a track. They called it real life Mario cart.They are pretty quick, and turn surprisingly sharp. It only took my kids about 3 minutes of riding to get the hang of it. My 8 year old is a little taller and a little heavier so it was harder for her to position her left leg with minimal space next to the brake but she figured it out, and had just as much fun. My dad bought this for my kids and they have had so much fun this summer on this! I wish they made them for adults it looks so fun!Only thing is that they are so low to the ground it makes me nervous neighbors in their cars might not see them. The little red flag that comes with it doesn’t stay on and in my opinion isn’t high enough to really make a difference if it did stay on.But fun you and lots of fun!

Our 6 and 10 year old love their nighthawk! They have so much fun riding them together and even funner to watch. Once they got the hang of them there was no stopping them. I purchased a Nighthawk ride on toy for my 6-year old granddaughter for Christmas. She enjoyed it so much that I purchased one to keep at my house for my other two grandkids. It's lightweight so it's easy to transport to my daughter's house so the grandkids can race each other. They learned quickly how to use it. I hope it holds up because the wheels are plastic.

UPDATE:Revain has since reached back out to me and offered a full refund on the product. We are very pleased with the resolution of this issue. I’m told this is not a common problem with these vehicles. My 11-year-old loves this thing so much that it travels back and forth with him between our home and his dad's every week. Compared to his hoverboard, it's easier to carry and easier to use - and it seems to have replaced his hoverboard lately as he always prefers to ride his Nighthawk instead. Got this for grandsons 8 birthday. It was a hit he loves it. Was able to figure it all out easy and is allOver the house .We had a friend over when we took it out of the box to charge the night before the party and there 13 year old daughter tried it and she was all over the house on it worked good even in the carpet.put in charger that night so it was ready for grandson to start playing on it.Would definitely buy again.

This is such an awesome way for my son/niece and nephew to cruise around! They got so good at riding, they were able to balance completely and not use hands! Our nighthawk broke within a week of us having it. It sucks, HOWEVER, I contacted the RollPlay company directly. They responded within 24 hours telling me that they shipped a kit that would fix our specific problem. When I told them that the kit didn't fix the issue, they responded within a few hours and let me know that they shipped us a brand new one! It got to us in 4 days. My son was thrilled to have his nighthawk back. Oh and this was DURING the Christmas season! Amazing customer service.
