UPDATE:Revain has since reached back out to me and offered a full refund on the product. We are very pleased with the resolution of this issue. I’m told this is not a common problem with these vehicles. Changing my review to be 4 stars.—————————-Let me start by saying we bought two of these and planned to buy a third when our youngest was old enough. These were a Christmas gift from my husband and I to our two older children. We live in the north and they just started being able to use these since they are outdoor toys. They are wonderful and the kids absolutely love them. However, one of them has a wheel that keeps locking up which isn’t supposed to happen. We’ve been able to get it unlocked before just by pure dumb luck. But this time it’s locked for good, rendering it completely useless and unusable. It’s not coming unlocked and we’ve tried everything. The upsetting part is that because we bought them more than 6 months ago (even though they have only been used for the last few weeks), we are unable to get a return or refund on this $150 product. I’m outraged and disappointed. I’d like to know how I’m supposed to explain this to my 6 year old that hers is broken and the company won’t make it right, but her brothers works fine?! Very upset. customer service is everything and this company needs work.
