AMAZING customer service!

Our nighthawk broke within a week of us having it. It sucks, HOWEVER, I contacted the RollPlay company directly. They responded within 24 hours telling me that they shipped a kit that would fix our specific problem. When I told them that the kit didn't fix the issue, they responded within a few hours and let me know that they shipped us a brand new one! It got to us in 4 days. My son was thrilled to have his nighthawk back. Oh and this was DURING the Christmas season! Amazing customer service.
